Plot Synopsis

The year is 2018. Wade Wilson, also known as Deadpool, inhabits Earth-10005. Wilson uses Cable’s time traveling device to travel to the ‘Sacred Timeline’, known as Earth-616 (which is the main reality portrayed in the vastness of the MCU). It is here where he requests to join the Avengers, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, but unfortunately for Wilson, the Avengers politely decline.

The year is now 2024 and Wilson has hung up the Deadpool moniker to dry. He begins his new career as a used car salesman after his breakup with Vanessa Carlysle, his now ex-girlfriend. During Wilson’s raucous birthday celebration, the TVA arrives. The TVA, also known as the Time Variance Authority, kidnaps Wilson only to deliver him to Mr. Paradox, who then offers for him to join Earth-616 after all.

But there’s a caveat; Paradox reveals that Wilson's timeline, aka Earth-10005, is deteriorating as a result of James ‘Logan’ Howlett, also known as Logan, or simply, Wolverine. Paradox informs Wilson that Logan is his timeline’s ‘anchor being’ and he must be saved in order to restore Earth-10005. Wilson then steals Mr. Paradox’s TemPad in order to travel to the multiverse to find a variant of Logan so his timeline can be saved.

Wilson encounters several variants of Logan/Wolverine, and he chooses one to take back to the Time Variance Authority. They inform him that this particular Logan variant destroyed his own universe. Because of this, Mr. Paradox sends them both into the Void. The two duke it out, before Logan, Wilson, and Johnny Storm are captured and delivered to a woman named Cassandra Nova, which Logan recognizes as the twin sister of Professor X, or Charles Xavier. Nova immediately murders Johnny Storm and attempts to puzzle Wilson but is stopped as Alioth, who resides in the Void and guards the Citadel at the End of Time. Logan and Wilson manage to escape, avoiding Alioth.

After their escape from Aliothh, Logan and Wilson receive directions to travel to the borderlands of the Void by a variant of Wade Wilson. There, the two join the growing Nova resistance, vowing to fight her forces and end her terrible reign. Logan is annoyed by Wilson, because Logan has figured out that Wilson has hidden the fact that he knew how to return them to their original timelines and did not inform him.

As the two arrive at the borderlands of the Void, they meet other varying Nova resistance members which include Elektra, X-23, Gambit, and Blade. Wilson dubs them ‘The Others’ and they join forces to fight Nova, but Logan refuses to do so. This leads to a confrontation with X-23 and she shares her tragic past with another Logan, which then dubs himself the worst Wolverine in the entirety of the multiverse and its timelines.

The team go to finally confront Nova, who now has Wolverine/Logan incapacitated, but Wilson traps her within Juggernauts helmet in order to shield her powers. Pyro shoots at Nova and reveals himself to be the Paradox hired sleeper agent assigned to keep her trapped within the Void.

In order to facilitate Nova's healing, Logan then convinces Wilson to remove Juggernauts helmet from her head. Logan assures Wilson that if Xavier learns Nova is still alive, he will assist her. In return for their act of service, Nova utilizes a sling ring obtained from a variant of Doctor Strange to create a portal, enabling the pair to travel back to Wade's timeline.

When Logan and Wade finally make it back to Earth-10005, they find that Paradox is using something called a ‘Time Ripper’, which Paradox developed himself in order for him to mercy kill timelines, which he plans on using on Earth-10005 without permission. With this move, Paradox hopes to prove himself with this to become the leader of the TVA. Pyro, before being executed, informs Nova of this as well. Nova arrives on Earth-10005 through a different portal and manages to kidnap Paradox.

Logan and Wilson take on an army of Deadpool variants called Deadpool Corps, who have now escaped through the portal. Nova then assumes control of the Time Ripper and destroys all timelines in an effort of revenge. Paradox informs them that one can actually cease the power flow from the Time Ripper, but it will cost them their life. Wilson and Logan use their own bodies to conduct the powerflow from the Time Ripper, and in doing so destroys both Nova and the device itself. It is here when Hunter B-15, an agent of the Time Variance Authority, arrests Paradox.
