"My Mulan" Dance Drama to Return to Niagara Falls in 2025

NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario, October 11, 2024 (ENTERTAINMENT INTERVIEWS) – The "My Mulan" Dance Drama will return to Niagara Falls in 2025. The production, which is based on the Disney film and combines traditional Chinese dance with modern choreography, is presented by the Canada International Dance Culture Association along with Lindance Culture Communication.

Directed by Lin Li and produced by Xu Hu, the performance reinterprets the story of Mulan through the character Michelle, a modern figure who faces personal challenges. The 2024 performance featured local dancer Molly Levay, reflecting the production’s connection to the Niagara region. Lin stated, "By featuring local dancers like Molly, we aim to inspire the next generation of artists."

The 2024 production received positive reviews, with Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati calling it a must-see for visitors.
